Marek Skov is Co-Founder, Technology & Client Solutions at Nornilo ApS — a company building AI-assisted workflow systems that remove repetitive decision-making from enterprise operations.

Before co-founding Nornilo, Marek spent almost two decades working across data, product and technology — including senior roles at Maersk and Carlsberg at the intersection of enterprise systems, process automation, and operational technology. He developed deep expertise in how large organizations actually use — and fail to use — automation: where tools break down at integration points, where adoption collapses without governance, and where AI creates real leverage versus unnecessary complexity.

Marek's technical approach is deliberately pragmatic. He designs workflow systems using tools like n8n, Power Automate, and custom AI APIs that sit inside existing processes rather than replacing them wholesale. His focus is on the decision points that matter most — classification, routing, eligibility checks, recommendations — and on making those systems auditable, reliable, and easy for real teams to trust and act on.

At Nornilo, he bridges two roles that are often separated: he builds the technology and owns the client relationship. This means he designs solutions that are commercially sound from the start — tied to measurable outcomes, deployable without long integration projects, and scalable as the client's needs grow.

His guiding principle: automation that can't be trusted by the people using it will never be adopted — and adoption is the only metric that matters.
