The problem

A finance team spends every Monday morning pulling data from three systems, copying it into a shared Excel file, formatting it, and emailing it to twelve people. By the time the report lands in inboxes, some of the data is already a day old. When someone spots an error, the whole process starts again.

This pattern — manual data collection, manual assembly, manual distribution — is common across operations, sales, finance, and HR teams. It's time-consuming, error-prone, and produces reports nobody fully trusts.

Our approach

We start by understanding what decisions the report is actually supposed to support. Often, teams have inherited a reporting format that no longer matches how decisions are made — so the first step is simplification, not just automation.

Once we have a clear picture of what data is needed, from which systems, and for which audience, we build an automated pipeline:

  • Data collection — connect to your source systems (ERP, CRM, accounting tools, spreadsheets) using Power Automate, n8n, or direct API integration
  • Transformation — apply the business logic that currently lives in your head or in Excel formulas
  • Delivery — output to a live dashboard, a scheduled email, a Teams notification, or a SharePoint page — whichever fits how your team actually works

Reporting that runs without anyone touching it. Data that's current when decisions need to be made. Time returned to the people who were spending it on assembly.
