Nornilo was founded by Marek and Marie Louise Skov. Between us we have spent tens of thousands of hours inside complex enterprise operations — data, product, technology, pricing, and commercial roles at companies like Maersk and Carlsberg. We saw firsthand how much capacity large organisations waste on manual, inconsistent, undocumented workflows.
We built Nornilo to bring the same rigour to smaller, faster-moving businesses: a clear methodology, the right tooling, and a direct line to the people doing the work.
Startup focus means we scope tightly, avoid 40-page strategy decks, and ship working things in days — not quarters.

We map before we build
Automation on top of a broken process is still a broken process. Every engagement starts with understanding your current state — how work actually flows, where it gets stuck, and what the real cost is.
We use tools that fit
We work with n8n, Power Automate, Claude, OpenAI, Python, REST APIs, and data infrastructure where it makes sense. The goal is fewer moving parts, not more. We don't push new tooling unless it solves a real problem.
We hand over, not over-consult
Every project ends with documentation, training, and a workflow your team can own and maintain. We're not here to create dependency — we're here to leave you more capable than we found you.

Marek leads client solutions and implementation at Nornilo. He brings close to two decades of experience across data, product, and technology — including senior roles at Maersk and Carlsberg, working across complex systems, automation infrastructure, and operational integration. He has consistently focused on the gap between what tools can do and how organisations actually adopt them, building systems that are reliable, explainable, and tied to real outcomes.

Marie leads commercial relationships and business development at Nornilo. Her background spans over a decade inside complex global operations at Maersk, working at the intersection of pricing, product, and workflow automation. She brings a sharp eye for where manual, fragmented processes create the most friction — and how to translate that into a business case for change.
