Nornilo was founded by Marek and Marie Louise Skov. Between us we've spent tens of thousands of hours inside complex enterprise operations - data, product, technology, pricing, and commercial roles at companies like Maersk and Carlsberg. We saw firsthand how much capacity large organisations waste on manual, inconsistent, undocumented workflows - and how often the answer was less software, not more.
We started Nornilo to bring that same rigour to smaller, faster-moving businesses. You talk to us directly. We add tooling only when it earns its keep.
We're business-first and technology-second. Most of what we do is help leadership teams make better decisions about where AI, automation, and software actually create value - and then build the systems that turn those decisions into working operations.
We also build our own products. Madklar - our household meal-planning app - keeps us honest about the gap between a clever idea and software that someone will actually open on a Tuesday evening.

We start from the business situation. The tooling question comes later, if it comes in at all. If the right answer is to simplify what you have, or to not build at all, we'll say so.
Senior people doing the work
No juniors, no account managers, no farmed-out implementation. You work directly with the two of us, both with two decades of enterprise experience. The person you talk to is the person doing the work.
We shape, harden, and hand over
We use sketches and lightweight prototypes to make ideas concrete cheaply. When something proves useful, we make it reliable - integrations, model, prompt, and agent evals, observability, documentation. The goal is a system your team understands and can run.
Honest scope, honest pricing
We scope tightly, ship working things in weeks rather than quarters, and tell you when an idea isn't worth the build. That's the part of the work most agencies hide.

Marek leads client solutions and implementation at Nornilo. He brings over two decades of experience across data, product, and technology - including senior roles at Maersk and Carlsberg, working across complex systems, automation infrastructure, and operational integration. He has consistently focused on the gap between what tools can do and how organisations actually adopt them, building systems that are reliable, explainable, and tied to real outcomes.
